When and why did you start training for fighting? March 1997... I liked it.

Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? Undefeated as an amateur including a win over Tim Sylvia

Specific accomplishments in pro competition? Hook n Shoot and Ring of fury middleweight champion.

Do you have any heroes? Dad

What is your favorite technique? Whichever one wins a fight for me.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? To be competing at the top tier of my profession.

What was your job before you started fighting? Construction worker... Laborer's Local 609 in Framingham, Massachusetts.
