UFC 42: Sudden Impact: (4/25/03) David Loiseau defeated Mark Weir by KO (Punch) at 3:55 of the first round.

UFC40: Vendetta: (11/22/02) Weir started out by landing a couple of good strikes. I assumed it was Eugene Jackson all over again, until Phillip Miller takes him down. They both grappled for the remainder of the match, but some good forearms and strikes opened up a cut on Weir's left eye, and Miller also got opened, but neither cut was too serious. I'd have to give the first round to Phillip Miller as he had better control of the grappling, which was pretty much the entire first round. What an incredible two rounds of action. The first fight to get the owner of the WrestleZone network even the slightest bit excited (except for a quick excitement with the Robbie Lawler demolishing in the opening fight). Mark Weir hit a huge shot at the beginning of the second round and weighed Miller down on the ground for a while. Miller eventually got out, and got back on top. Things got rolled over again, and Weir was tee'ing off on Miller for a good minute. Towards the end of the round Weir hit another huge kick that sent Miller down. However, after some grappling Miller got a choke on Weir and Weir eventually tapped out. Excellent fight.

UFC 38: Brawl at Royal Albert Hall:(7/13/02) In the blink of an eye, Gloucester local Mark Weir etched himself a slot in the middleweight division with a devastating ten second knockout of six-time UFC veteran Eugene Jackson. At the sound of the bell, the Tae Kwon Do black belt threw a hook kick that baited "the Wolf" in. Throwing his signature gargantuan right hook, Jackson lunged head-on into a short right that sent him directly to the canvas. It took Jackson over a minute to recover from the hit, as the crowd went bananas for their hometown hero.
