When and why did you start training for fighting? 12 years ago. I always loved the Gracies’ techniques.
Accomplishments in amateur competition? Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Champion, Pan American Champion and Champion of Rio de Janeiro. Bruxells International Grappling champion, 1st Place ADCC Brazilian Trials, winner of many tournaments in Brazil.
Accomplishments in pro competition? Champion of Deep Japan, Meca World Champion in Brazil, ShowFight in Brazil, Shooto Switzerland.
Ranks in martial arts styles? Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, D1 wrestling in Brazil
Do you have any heroes? Rodrigo ‘Minotauro’ Nogueira
What is your favorite grappling technique? Anaconda choke
What is your favorite striking technique? Right cross and flying knee
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It’s a great achievement for a professional fighter.
