TRAINING: Running in the mornings. I start my training at 2pm by doing cardio for about an hour, and during the evenings I focus on my MMA training.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started when I was 10 yrs old and I do it because I like to fight legally.

What ranks and titles have you held? Black belt in judo, USA national champion, CXF and VTFC welterweight champion.

Do you have any heroes? God

What is your favorite technique? Utchimata on their head

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It would be an honor to fight in the UFC

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No

What was your job before you started fighting? I currently act, and I have been in many television shows and movies as a cast member and a stuntman.
