Training: Boxing in the morning - Some footwork, some mitt work, some drilling and some sparring. At night - Wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu, Some nights Team Training - Sparring and preparing anyone with a fight coming up.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training when I was 13 years old. I started because I was always loved fighting when I was growing up. Every opportunity I got to fight someone, I took full advantage of it.

What ranks and titles have you held? 4x World Championship Fighting Champion, 2x Combat Zone Champion, 2x Rage In The Cage Champion, Full Force Champion, World Fighting League Champion, Wild Bill's Fight Night Champion.

Do you have any heroes? My Father is a hero of mine. He's an overachiever. He has a solution to everything. He doesn't start anything without finishing it.

What is your favorite technique? Triangle

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? Fighting in the UFC to me is a dream come true. Some kids growing up have dreams to play in the NFL, NBA, or MLB. But, not me - my dream has always been to fight in the UFC.

What was your job before you started fighting? I’ve always been a fighter

Specific accomplishments in pro competition? Finished 6 fights by submission and 6 by knockout. Never been to a decision.
