ジェイソン ブリルツTraining: A typical day of training, assuming I'm not at work, has a two hour drill and spar in the morning, followed by wrestling practice in the mid afternoon, then three days a week I do a crossfit workout. Days I'm working usually consist of a run, shadow boxing and a crossfit.
