ケニー フロリアンTraining: I train 6 days a week, 2-3 times per day in all aspects. I have been working a lot on my boxing, wrestling and been sharpening up my Muay Thai and BJJ. I have never made more progress on learning new things in a short amount of time like I have for this training camp. It’s been really fun. When and why did you start training for fighting? I was impressed by seeing Royce Gracie dismantle huge opponents with ease. The whole idea of testing yourself in MMA style combat always intrigued me.
