Phil BaroniTRAINING: I go to Starbucks and have a cappuccino and a cig. Then I head over to AKA and walk at 3.0 on the tread for a half hour listening to my headphones. Then I go to Burger King for lunch, get a value meal, then I go home and sleep and recover. Then I drink a Xyience energy drink and I ride my bike to the gym and do some bench curls and situps. Then I ride all the way back home. I’m usually exhausted, so I have a Syntha 6 protein shake and a Bud Light and snooze. When and why did you start training for fighting? 1999. I can’t sing or dance and it beats working every day.
